All employees responsible for workplace firefighting and appointed workplace firefighters / marshals, or persons who want to gain greater knowledge about basic workplace fire prevention and firefighting.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Fire Fighting Level 1 / Fire Marshal course is aimed at ensuring that participants are well-prepared to handle fire, fire emergencies, promote fire safety, and assist in the evacuation of people in the event of a fire.

COURSE OUTLINE

Module 1: Legislation
Module 2: Identify types of fire (theory of fire)
Module 3: The practice of fire prevention
Module 4: Basic fire fighting equipment
Module 5: Basic fire fighting procedures
Module 6: Different types of emergency situations
Module 7: Understand and implement an emergency evacuation plan
