About Us

Falcon Safety Academy was established in 2016 as a training academy specialising in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental training services. We quickly gained loyal clients, many of whom remain with us today. Not long thereafter, a critical gap in the industry was recognised and in 2018 our consulting division was born. Falcon Safety Academy quickly became a “one-stop-shop” for all training and consulting needs.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic tested us, but we emerged stronger. Our commitment to growth and client satisfaction propelled us forward and in 2020 it was time to move to bigger premises. This brought us to our second home and now headquarters here in Newton Park, Gqeberha.

Although our then small team of facilitators and consultants provided services nationally, in 2022 we set out to expand our footprint in the Garden Route, building strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, hosting public courses and having a facilitator based full time within the Garden Route. This resulted in us opening our second office in Mossel Bay.

In March 2024 two separate companies both with the same vision of being leaders within the Safety, Health and Environmental industry, and with many years of professional co-operation between them, Falcon Safety Academy and SHEQOMSPEC seamlessly transitioned into FSG COMPLIANCE SPECIALISTS. This evolution represents our commitment to excellence and our unwavering dedication to providing top-tier compliance services.
