About Us

Falcon Safety Academy was established in 2016 as a training academy specialising in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental training services. We quickly gained loyal clients, many of whom remain with us today. Not long thereafter, a critical gap in the industry was recognised and in 2018 our consulting division was born. Falcon Safety Academy quickly became a “one-stop-shop” for all training and consulting needs.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic tested us, but we emerged stronger. Our commitment to growth and client satisfaction propelled us forward and in 2020 it was time to move to bigger premises. This brought us to our second home and now headquarters here in Newton Park, Gqeberha.

Although our then small team of facilitators and consultants provided services nationally, in 2022 we set out to expand our footprint in the Garden Route, building strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, hosting public courses and having a facilitator based full time within the Garden Route. This resulted in us opening our second office in Mossel Bay.

In March 2024, Falcon Safety Academy seamlessly transitioned into FSG COMPLIANCE SPECIALISTS. This evolution represents our commitment to excellence and our unwavering dedication to providing top-tier compliance services. Due to our steadily growing staff complement and the expansion of our operational capacity, we acquired additional office space at our head office to better accommodate our teams and enhance service delivery.

With a national footprint and over 100 tailored courses, FSG supports organisations across industries with legal compliance audits, SHEQ risk management, and construction safety agent services. Known for our practical, standards-based approach, we align our offerings with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (aligned with ISO 19011) – delivering both technical insight and hands-on training to build safer, more compliant workplaces.

Today our ever-growing team of facilitators, consultants and office staff are ready to assist you with your compliance needs nationwide and is deeply committed to delivering tailor-made training solutions that align precisely with each client’s operational risks, industry standards, and workforce needs. Recognizing that no two workplaces are alike, we collaborate closely with our clients to design and deliver bespoke courses that are practical, compliant, and immediately applicable – ensuring relevance, impact, and measurable value.
